Patriotic Snickers Candy Pop Cookie Bars

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 roll of chocolate chip cookie dough 
  • 3 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 3 cups Snickers Candy Pop popcorn
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter chips

Directions:

  1. Spread cookie dough on a sheet pan and bake according to baking instructions.
  2. When the cookie bars are done baking, remove from oven and immediately sprinkle marshmallows evenly on top. 
  3. Place back in the oven for 2-3 minutes until marshmallows are puffed, but not browned. 
  4. Remove from oven and immediately spread the Snickers Candy Pop popcorn mixture on top of the marshmallows, pressing gently so the popcorn sticks into the marshmallows. 
  5. In a microwave safe bowl, or zip-top bag, melt the white chocolate chips and peanut butter chips and drizzle over top. 
  6. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
